Junior AI Associate

About the role

Support the technical side of an AI training and consulting practice for corporate teams: client research, training material, and call support. Over time, build demos and small AI apps.

Responsibilities

  • Research clients before calls: their industry, teams, and where AI fits
  • Draft custom training outlines with ChatGPT and Claude
  • Build training material: slides, hands-on labs, sample datasets, demo notebooks
  • Join client calls, capture requirements, and draft follow-ups and proposals
  • Answer basic technical questions for the sales team
  • Over time, build demos and small AI apps (RAG chatbots, simple agents) with Claude Code

Requirements

  • Self-driven: you figure things out on your own. There's no hand-holding or formal training.
  • You use ChatGPT or Claude daily and know how to get good output from them
  • Clear written English
  • Basic Python, or able to pick it up on your own quickly
  • Able to explain a technical idea simply to a non-technical person
  • Reliable: you meet deadlines
  • No prior work experience needed. Students and fresh graduates welcome.

Nice to have

  • Built something with an LLM API, even a small project
  • Familiar with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, agents, and prompt engineering
  • Comfortable with PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • CS, IT, or AI/ML background, final year or recent graduate

Location & hours

  • Dewas preferred, in person. Indore works with 1–2 visits a week to Dewas.
  • Full-time, or part-time at 4 hours a day with timing agreed upfront
  • Start: immediate

Pay

  • Full-time: ₹12,000 / month
  • Part-time (4 hrs/day): ₹6,000 / month
  • The first month is paid probation at 50% (₹6,000 full-time, ₹3,000 part-time). Full pay from month 2.
